We can remove most viruses/malware from your PC and if need be, free of charge, install antivirus/anti-malware software to make it harder for your PC to become infected in the future.

Due to the nature of viruses/malware we cannot guarantee that your PC will be completely safe from infection after the removal service has been performed, it takes a few seconds to become infected, from the Internet, USB Flash drives, CD-ROM etc... Even when your PC has up-to-date antivirus/anti-malware software installed it is still possible to become infected by a new virus (zero-day virus), that the software does not know about.

You should make sure that your antivirus/anti-malware software is up-to-date and that you do a full scan of your PC at least once a week, we suggest that you regularly use an on-line virus scanner to complement the one loaded on your PC, for extra peace of mind.

If your PC has become severely infected you may need to reinstall Windows, as some viruses will attack core functionality of the operating system, and resetting back to factory defaults is the only way to be 100% sure that the virus/damage has been eradicated.
