Windows Reinstallation.

It is a well known fact that over time parts of Windows become corrupted and the only solution to the problem is a reinstall from scratch.

Reinstalling Windows is a time consuming task! Why not just relax and let us do all the work for you.

We can reinstall the following versions of Microsoft Windows Desktop: "Windows Vista (ALL Versions)", "Windows XP Home", "Windows XP Pro", "Windows Media Center Edition (WMCE)" and "Windows 7 (ALL Version)".

Earlier versions of windows can be reinstalled but we do not advise this as they are no longer supported by Microsoft and updates/patches are not readily availabel.

The average time to reinstall on a customers premises is 3 hours, but this depends on the version of windows, the speed of the computer, the speed of your Internet connection, the number of drivers needed etc...

We cannot reinstall an OEM (pre- installed non-retail) version of Windows if you cannot supply the recovery CD and/or the recovery procedure, this is due to the many different ways companies such as Dell, HP, PC World etc... deal with recovery.

Customers need to ensure that ALL important data is backed up, as the Windows hard disk will be reformatted (Cleaned of data) during the reinstall process.

You will have to supply your Windows CD-ROM/Recovery CD-ROM and/or Recovery documentation, We will require any hardware driver CDs, otherwise we may not be able to get your graphics, sound etc... working properly.

You will also have to supply your unique 25 digit Microsoft Windows Product Key (this key is usually 5 groups of five characters separated by dashes i.e. abcde-abcde-abcde-abcde-abcde and can be found with your Windows CD-ROM, on the Windows manual or on a sticker somewhere on your computer).
